Items may be returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, free of pet hair and odors, and in their original condition and packaging.

Need a different size? We offer size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in resellable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged upon arrival, or wrong product was sent due to our error.

While Woofie collars, harnesses, and leashes are made from durable, high-quality materials, no pet restraint product is escape-proof or guaranteed to prevent injury. Dogs may slip out of or break free from a collar or harness due to improper fit, improper use, pulling, backing out, sudden movements, or other unforeseen circumstances.

It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that all products are properly fitted, adjusted, inspected regularly for wear and damage, and used appropriately for their dog's size, strength, and behavior. Dogs should never be left unattended while wearing Woofie products.

By using Woofie products, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with their use. Woofie shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, escape, or other incident resulting from the use or misuse of its products.

Handwash in cold water only using a pet-safe detergent or mild detergent.

Hang or lay flat to dry.

Avoid harsh cleaners, bleach, and machine drying.
