We do not offer refunds.

Items may be returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, free of pet hair and odors, and in their original condition and packaging.

Need a different size? We offer size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in resellable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged upon arrival, or wrong product was sent due to our error.

Woofie reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Handwash in cold water only using a pet-safe detergent or mild detergent.

Hang or lay flat to dry.

Avoid harsh cleaners, bleach, and machine drying.
